Why does a customer have to pay a fee if we're picking up the goods ourselves? I understand fees for shipping. BUT FOR PICK UP??? That's ridiculous.

Absolutely love watching the employees at Uline work. They are a "well oiled", efficient group! I don't know how they do it! My orders are always correct and ready within 5 minutes of checking in for pickup.

This was the first time I have ordered thru Uline. I have to say it was a pure pleasure. Our non profit organization has used them before and due to sudden changes, I am now making our orders. I called customer service and they were great. Courteous and helpful. They got me set up with the info I needed and offered to take my order over the phone. I declined because I wanted to try the online ordering. It was easy. Found the products I needed quickly. My order was delivered the next day just as it said. It was refreshing to see a company that operates this way. Thanks!

I work for Uline although I'm not in sales. My best advice would be to call and speak to a sales professional (we answer the phone faster than 911) and they can either give you the information you need directly or direct you to our Quotes department who may have detailed information on how to track down what you need.
