Ridiculous. Returned an item over a month ago and they won't give me my refund. They are literally doing everything they can to avoid paying $70. Absolutely insane.

Checked in and parked in stall number 2. Everything great. After asking, some customers that arrived before us had been waiting fo 30 to 45 minutes. We anchored down and waited. One hour later a young lady comes out to give us the bad news. Our stove was not in stock. According to Best Buy we were given the email and text that our stove was ready for pickup. And we were not told any differently when we checked in the best buy distribution center. It took them a hour to realize it and were not very considerate. Drove 40 minutes, waited 1 hour, and drove back home. Almost 3 hours of wasted time! Thank you Best Buy!

Never picking up anything from here again. I got here at 2 pm after getting notified that my order was ready to be picked up. When I got to the door they had a sign that said that they were closed from 1pm-3pm. I understand that they may want to close for sanitation reasons, but at least let us know in advanced. Not only that , they did not open will call until 3:15pm. When I finally got in to get my order brought up, I was number 4, and was not able to get my order till 4 pm. The only reason I would give two stars is only because the guys loading up my purchase were nice, and helped me load quick. I will make sure to go to my regular store with a store front next time. The stores curbside service is so much better and quicker. I’m glad to have gotten out to be able get back before curfew implemented by the city. Again, I recommend storefront curbside pickup, save the time, hassle, and possible sunburn
