The Summerfest store in the main terminal is open... in C Concourse Starbucks is open from 4am to 11am... Chilis II is open at 1030 as well as Aunty Anne's and Pizzaria Piccola D concourse Starbucks from 5 to 3 and sometime grab n go at Nonna's. There are some of the Parides shops open on both concourses

MKE arrivals. There is a parking lot for waiting, if you wish to use. Then upon arrival outside baggage claim, your party could call or text and you can meet them within 2 minutes.

The Amtrak station is at the far west end of the airport proper. Airport has transportation to and from the station to the terminal. Once inside the station you are able to contact the shuttle by picking up the phone.

At Mitchell you go DOWN one floor to get your boarding pass if you have not printed it out. Then you stand on the main floor in line and go through security. The main floor is the one you would walk out to go to rental cars Etc. Unless it is between 1 a.m. and 5 a.m. there will be plenty of people to ask. And even at those times there are people to ask just not as many. It's a super friendly Airport!

Concourse D has a Best Buy Express which may be your best bet on a Sim card. Wittman regional airport is near Oshkosh, otherwise you are looking at nearly 100 miles of ground transport at about 1.5 hours of travel time.

Rental cars is always cost effective and an easy drive with GPS. Otherwise uber likey better priced than a taxi, taxi all have similar rates, you will likey need a car in Oshkosh too, rental car for that distance would be best for costs

They have a super saver parking lot with a free shuttle to the terminal. It's $7.00 a day.
