My man went this morning for the two of us, and they managed somehow to screw up BOTH breakfast sandwiches. I don't wanna hear anything about $15 wage until you can do this VERY. BASIC. JOB. Money out the window and a wonderful start to a Sunday morning, thanks!

Used to be the best McDonald’s on the north side. I always place my orders through the mobile app because it is easier than trying to explain to the workers how I want my food. I always request that there be no cheese on my fillet O fish sandwich however they placed cheese on this sandwich. Aside from that the food was Luke warm at best. Also I always request there be no salt on my fries and they gave me salted cold fries. I attempted to call them but I was hung up on twice. The pictures I have included are pictures of the last two meals I purchased from this location. They have both been extremely disappointing.

Had issue with contactless pay. It's hit or miss when trying to use it. Sometimes the workers don't know it exists other times they touch a button or it goes through automatically. When trying to understand why it didn't. The manager became extremely agitated and rude. Spoke over me so couldn't understand what I was trying to ask. Normally have no issues at this location but this individual had no communication skills at all. He should not deal with the public.

Worst McDonalds I ever visited. I ordered a Filet O’ Fish meal and two cheeseburgers. What I got in the bag was a two cheeseburger meal and two cheeseburgers. On top of that, two of the cheeseburgers had no burger at all! I don’t even realize how that is possible. My drink was also not included and I had to wait an additional 5 minutes for them to give it to me. Brain dead staff.
