I’m starting to think all the fast food chains on the lovers lane area needs to go out of business . The worst of the worst employees bickering with customers unprofessional and ghetto. Come here If you want cold stale food and forgotten pieces of your order .

A 1 Security Locksmith

Placed a breakfast order. Proceeded to the first window no one there. After a few minutes of waiting I moved to the 2nd window. Waited there about a minute a young man says you have to go back to the first window. I started to back up & realize it wasn't my fault he left the window. A manager came to the window I told her I would just cancel the order. She said "fine" have a good day in a very scarcastic manner. As a manager she should have attempted to squash my concerns. The people at this McDonald's need training in people skills. I would not recommend this McDonald's.

I don't know what type of customer service and food safety this place practice but i am not for it! They gave me burnt cookies that they clearly warmed up in the microwave. Not to mention i spent $26.34 and they wanted to charge me 75 cents for a ranch cup........

There was weave twined in my large fry ... They need to wear hair nets .. im actually going to stay away from these locations around here. Makes no sense 15 years ago you couldn't wear hair nor braids or hair out period nor nails... because it was against food safety. I don't wear hair
