Taco Bell: 8030 w brown deer road store# 030420 Order #: 948164 When i arrived at the restaurant and pulled to the speaker i was asked to wait a moment, after about 15 minutes pasted i proceeded to say hello with no response. So i pulled up to the window to see if something was wrong, it looked as if noone was in the building. I called the number provided for the location, spoke to the manger on duty and asked what was going on and that i had been sitting at the speaker for over 15 minutes and was told it was too bad and i needed to go back to the end of the line to get service, i asked for a manger she said she was the manger on duty and to get service i would have to go to the end of the line because i drove away from the speaker. After hanging up a worker was about to hand me my order then the manger told her not to, and kept proceeding that i had to go back to the end of the long line even though on the website it says my order was ready and the other lady was going to give me my order. The manger showed no professionalism and type of understanding for the time wasted. Only cared about the doordash orders and repeatedly said that that was their only priority. And only started servicing the rest of the customers once i had drove up to the window. Just very rude and unnecessary, once i got my food it was very soggy like it had just been sitting there, like i said my order said it was ready when i went to the window, my food also was not warm and my drink was very watered down. Overall very unsatisfied with the service and the experience overall.

Even though their system was down; luckily I had the only mobile order. They brought my food out as soon as possible. Great service!! This pregnant lady needed to eat !

Worst taco bell I've been to. Always extremely slow, and the food is cold sometimes. On top of the slow times and cold food, NEVER order Sierra mist. It's horrible, last time I got it here it tasted like straight up water with carbonation. My brother had an even Worse experience with the Sierra mist causing him to literally throw up. The prices are going up and the quality is going way down. Do not reccomend.

First they were only taking cash, needed to be exact and no cards. Second, I should of check but was so hungry didn't do a thorough check in the bag and when I got home, my order was made wrong. Ask for 2 crunchwrap not 2 tacos! Third, one of the tacos was cold! My money was not worth going there when I got the lesser end. Too far to go back now so I settled for less. Won't be going back there in a long time even if I'm desperate
