Tess was fantastic. The sell of our home ended up being a complicated mess that drug out for months, especially when one buyer wanted to pay almost 20% less than the agreed upon price the day before escrow was to close and we had to start all over again. She was always available to reply to calls, text messages and emails promptly. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable about all the little things that needed to be done in order to have escrow close on time so the proceeds of the sell could be used to purchase our new home in another state.
