Door dashed here, unlike literally every other place I’ve DoorDashed when the inside is closed, they just allow you to go up to the window and tell them you’re there. When I pulled up to the window all the employees seemed flabbergasted and started to snicker to one other. When I pulled out my phone and showed them that I was there for a pick up order they all looked at each other, shrugged, and then one lady, presumably the manager comes from the back to tell me I can’t just skip the line and I’ll have to wait in the drive thru line. Mind you my order was ready for pickup by 5:31 and I was there at 5:32. Unbelievable incompetency on the employee side. Hope there are better accommodations for 3rd party drivers in the future.

If I can give zero star, I would. Horrible service and salad wasn't even fresh anymore, just look at the pic. Also, missing almonds and pecans for the salad and staff were rude when they were pointed out on it. Never will I go again. Nasty place. For the money I paid, I should have gone elsewhere.

I was incredibly impressed with the crew and the lady who worked the drive-thru the night of 5/19/22. They were very efficient and thorough! When I mentioned it to the lady at the window, she said it was the crew behind her getting the orders out! I can see why the long line was moving so steady! Exceptional teamwork!!!

The food was great as always and the customer service was friendly and professional. I went on a weekday in the afternoon and the drive thru line was fast. I think a couple items are priced a little high though. Overall it was a good experience.

Never had the fish sandwich, I mainly got the bbq sandwich. But have stopped going there do to myself cutting back on fast food. Overall from my experiences I would say the Staff are wonderful and friendly, but food seems like they don't care sometimes. When you go before lunch though the food is great.
