Sadly went thru the drive thru, my clue to leave should have been when I asked for a Frozen Coke, the rep said "A WHAT"? Then it sounded like a fight was going on inside as I drove around to the window as the employees were playing as my food set by the window. I had to ask for fresh fries which were delivered quickly as I pulled up only to not receive my Frozen Coke... Unreal and sad. I believe in having fun at work, but not at the expense of the customer and being unprofessional.

76 has great customer service they're always smiling their happiest they're courteous and their kind that's why I love going there out of all McDonald's

They are always never serving at the momentπ€¨ 3.5.21 from 3:10 - 320 they was not acknowledging no one! I watched over 8 cars wait and pull off because they said nothing. Most of the time you go βwe are not taking orders right nowβ this is mainly on weekends or later in the evening.

That'd though out the day 1st and 2nd too 3rd its just as bad
They have all the breakfast options until 10:30 then it goes to a limited menu
Yea he's right, call different locations, ask different managers to make sure they're not giving you a bogus number. That definitely can happen; the Denny's where I worked would ALWAYS trick the customers in this manner. All of the locations for Denny's are under the same corporation except ONE but that ONE location is STILL running as a regular Denny's ya know, the same menu & everything EXCEPT for policy, HR, of course how they handle things. The loophole is THIS: you would be given the corporate number SAME as the other Denny's, but NOTHING would ever happen with your complaint until you ASK if the store location you're inquiring about is of a different franchise.
