Yea he's right, call different locations, ask different managers to make sure they're not giving you a bogus number. That definitely can happen; the Denny's where I worked would ALWAYS trick the customers in this manner. All of the locations for Denny's are under the same corporation except ONE but that ONE location is STILL running as a regular Denny's ya know, the same menu & everything EXCEPT for policy, HR, of course how they handle things. The loophole is THIS: you would be given the corporate number SAME as the other Denny's, but NOTHING would ever happen with your complaint until you ASK if the store location you're inquiring about is of a different franchise.
Call restaurant ask for manager, supervisor; ask them for the number of its not found by Google..... Try calling a different location and asking them for this locations corporate number Some ppl love gossip act like it's a situation lol (other than yours of course) 😇
