I am going on 15 years with this agency and am so happy. I am treated like family. My home had an awful flood and was extremely impressed with the quick and professional service. After contacting the emergency line, I had immediate help. I was so impressed how quickly the water was removed and how fast State Farm had my family back in our home. This review is long overdue, and since I've had a month or two to calm down to some degree perhaps my comments may be a lot "calmer" First and foremost I've been paying insurance for over twenty years and have dealt with many agents in this timeframe. John Cherry and his staff, manly speaking of Catherine and Joanne are the most unprofessional "persons" that Ive encountered in a lifetime. This agent will go to great measures including dishonesty to gain a client. I worked with Joanne over the course of a few days to get a quote affordable for my vehicle. Over the course of three or so days, I was given a quote from Joanne, she drew up the paperwork and I signed these documents. My first installment was automatically debited from my checking account for almost double what I was quoted by Joanne. I called to speak with Joanne and her attitude was "oh well, i don't know what to tell you" I couldn't believe such a large company could be this spiteful and dishonest. My account was charged I incurred fees almost double my monthly installment due to the ERROR of Mr. John Cherry's office. I must've called this agency twice a day for over a week, all to no avail....then they cancelled my policy and I ended up in the DMV outraged at not being able to register my vehicle, I called Mr. Cherry's office and SPOKE WITH HIM DIRECTLY and he was non apologetic or concerned. Joanne and Catherine have both hung up on me and put their answering machine on so I couldn't get in touch with them. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I'm completely separated with this agency after Spending about $1,000.00 to get out of this situation. PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK when dealing with this agency, they are completely CLUELESS and difficult as well as unprofessional. PLEASE CONTACT ME AND I WILL GIVE YOU COMPLETE DETAILS IF YOU'RE INTERESTED, be careful with this agency!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
