The health care system isn't built for anyone who is younger than 21, including this office. Took my roommate to their first therapist appointment here after a long battle of getting insurance and a primary care doctor so they could get a referral to a psychiatrist and therapist. The moment they tried to check in, we were told they were cancelling their appointment for today because their birthday didn't match on their insurance and wouldn't explain any further. I insisted that their birthday was correct on their insurance card and in their system. Still no help. No explanation and no further assistance. We came back with an adult and actually got it figured out. This place could care less about your mental health, especially if they send someone home with no rescheduled appointment who is in dire need of one.

Stay away from this place! Completely unprofessional from the office manager Brittany to the staff at the front desk. Find somewhere else to take your loved ones or yourself. Very uncaring!

Do not be fooled that anyone here gives a rat’s behind about your own well being. After suffering one of the worst panic attacks of my life and several calls to them (and two emails), nothing happened. Nothing when you’re in full anxiety is torture. My provider has been kind but the system is flawed. I’m so so SO disgusted that a distressed call would be treated like nothing. People could and will die by these standards. I called speaking to reps about my distress and nothing was resolved. I am sickened and disgusted !!! I’ve encouraged so many to go here and I was wrong ! Lives are on their shoulders.

Im glad i don't go by bad reviews, I went myself and tbh the staff here are great. No wait time if you are on time. So far all my appointments went well and the psychiatrist is great. She listens, helped me get my meds regulated and make sure at every appointment to ask if I feel the meds are working. It only takes one appointment to see for yourself.
