Really far is 7 bucks and goes as high as 23 as you get a better location.
If you're leaving for more than a few days you are better served parking off-site. There are several lots that will shuttle you directly to the door so you don't have to walk a mile from the $7 long term lot with your luggage in tow. When you come back the shuttle will meet you at arrival so you don't have to walk another mile to the long term lot. Another option is using one of the local hotels to park your car. Several of them will allow you to park in their lot while you're away if you stay there a night before leaving. They will shuttle you to and from the airport. This option is great for early morning flights as you're blocks away from the airport and you get dropped off at the door.
