This WAS my goto Taco bell for over 20 years. A few days ago I made an order that inside the bag were 4 soft shell tacos when I ordered Hard shell. Those tacos were in the bottom of the bag and were saturated with something wet, and it wasn't grease from the meat. On top of those I also ordered those new cheesy double beef burritos (of coarse not much cheese or meat in them). The tacos had at minimum about a teaspoon of meat in them as well, and a few strands of cheese! I will be contacting Corporate on this. So people SAVE your receipts so you can do the same if you have complaints, they may send you another coupon for what you spent for the order. If they do I will go to another TB even though I will have to drive farther! Where do they get these workers from??? If they were making this food for themselves, it would not have looked like mine!

If you do not value your time this is the place to be!! Do not, under any circumstances, come here, you don’t need tacos this much. In the time it took to go through the drive through I Could’ve gone to the grocery store, bought the ingredients and cooked it at home. Save yourself!

Been to this location a few times being as it's right by the airport, open late etc. Drive through is always good. Window staff has been awesome here, line moves fast and food is consistent. 5 star location in my book

Only gave me about 5 partially stale Cinnamon Twists in my order. See Image... I also ordered and received 2 Dorito's Locos Tacos with one being more stale than the other, and no receipt to take the survey that I sometimes get bugged about. However, the Cheesy Gordita Crunch correctly came with no spicy ranch; so that's always nice to know that some attention was paid. This order occurred at about 8:45pm on Friday March 25, 2022. Total: $10.14 2 - Regular DLT's 1 - Cinnamon Twists 1 - Cheesy Gordita Crunch w/ no Spicy Ranch + - Mild Sauce I've been on a Taco Bell binge the past two months and normally go to the franchise near my office but unfortunately I wasn't over there tonight. And yes I did check the main bag because that's normally where they fall to when tossed in. Though shame on me for not verifying the order before driving off and just assuming I wouldn't get swindled on cini-twists. TL;DR I could only dream of the sweet sweet taste of luscious cini-twists dancing among my pallet as I neared the Layton strip. I decided to make that dream a reality but it instead was turned into a nightmare by what I can only assume to be incompetence.
