I went to this place twice recently: the first time was a little less than a month ago to see the eye doctor upstairs. They mistook me for another person and skipped my appointment so I had to make another. The second time was today: I booked an eye dilation and they messed up my appointment again. I waited an hour in the waiting area before they said they didn’t do eye dilations in that place.
