The two females I encountered in the store at 1710 Pitkin avenue are the two worst sorry excuses for human beings. They were very disrespectful and unprofessional. No sense of humor they treat people as though they are animals. They don’t deserve to be dealing with the public.

The staff is quite professional and knowledgeable. They are eager to assist regarding insurance coverage and their wide selection of glasses fits everyone’s budget. As an added bonus they are pleasant and nice .

I first came here about 2-3 years ago and I had the same experience I had now. The customer service here is exceptional from the receptionist to the ophthalmologists. Every person who works at this location is so professional and friendly. Gio and Cassie are the best by far they both helped me pick out my glasses, attended to my every need and what I was looking for. Cassie picked amber as the transition shade and I couldn’t be happier. I got a 50% off for 2 pairs of designer glasses, I could not be happier with my Gucci and Tom Ford glasses. This has been the best eye doctor I have been too in years. I highly recommend you wouldn’t be disappointed. Thank you guys for your Amazing service!!
