I got my wisdom teeth extracted in this place and I loved the work they did. I was very scared in the beginning but when they did their job I was very happy with the result. Besides the staff is very profesional and they made me feel very comfortable and safe.

Reception is extremely rude and have no manners. Dental assistants and doctors are very polite though. I had to get wisdom tooth surgery and the receptionists did not tell me I could not eat; so in the morning of the surgery I ate food. When I arrived at the office, the front desk was yelling at me. Like they did not give me proper instructions before my surgery all they told me was issues with my health insurance. Anyways, reception and front desk are very rude, have no manners, or professionalism. That office is my worst experience with healthcare professional. I would give 0 stars if I could.

After years of dealing with wisdom teeth pain my dentist referred me to this place, of course I was nervous having never been through any type of surgery so when I arrived for my consultation the surgeon explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable and they set me up with a operation date. The day of my surgery I arrived very scared and the surgeon/ dental assistants can see that and they did their best to make me feel very at ease, speaking to me and explaining everything so I knew exactly what was going to happen next, when I got put to sleep it was like 2 seconds out then back in again, the assistants were very comforting and I felt very safe, they then called my mother in and explained what each medicine I would be taking was for and how to care for my incisions, I had 3 wisdom teeth removed my top two and my bottom left, I only took the pain medication for one day because I felt no pain at all! I took my antibiotics for the required time of course however I felt great by the 2nd day I was myself besides the fact that I could only eat soft foods, I am now about a little over a month post surgery and I can eat like normal and I don’t have any pain at all, oh I feel I must mention I also have braces and they did the surgery with the braces and I still didn’t feel any pain after as well as little to no swelling! They did a great job and the staff was wonderful I’m so happy I decided to get my wisdom teeth removal here because they really are amazing! Thank you so much!

The doctors here are very rude. I would not want people as rude as them to ever treat me. Thankfully I was about to find an oral surgeon who was much nicer. Do not recommend, you can definitely find places with nicer people to look after you during such a nerve-wracking procedure. EDIT: I was a patient at the One Hanson Place office before it was closed. I don’t recall the doctor who was rude to me but it was a young, white male doctor
