Really pleased! I needed a new shoe repair place after the place I went to for years in Boston lost one of my favorite shoes and didn’t take responsibility for it. I’m so glad I found this spot. Beautiful work re-soling a pair of well- loved Chelsea boots. Good price, fast service, and they even polished up the shoes nicely for me. I have a new shoe repair home! They did a wonderful job putting new soles on my leather boots. It cost me $95, which I think is reasonable. They also cleaned the leather, which I really appreciated.

Arrived at the shop with 2 pairs of leather boots in terrible shape. One had so much salt worn into its creases that I thought it was beyond repair. The other had a worn heal and broken zipper. A week later I arrived at the shop and they were in perfect condition! Rather than replacing $400 worth of boots, take them here and for $80 they were as good as new.

The owner of this shop is unbelievably talented--and precious. He fixed two of my Cole Haan patent leather pumps. I managed to wear the heels down to the nails thanks to these Boston brick/cobblestone streets. He is such a sweet, kind man who takes pride in his work. I'm so thankful he managed to salvage both pairs of my shoes. They seriously look brand new! I now know where to go when I ruin another pair. Highly recommend.
