This was originally a one star review. I had 3 dress pick up’s for a wedding scheduled for Thursday PM. By Friday midday they were still not ready (as I was driving out of town for the wedding) Good on the owner, though, for making it right. He went to pick up the dresses from the facility and met me halfway been Boston and Hartford to drop them off. Use caution because the outsource and so it may not be their fault but they don’t have control of the facility.

The age of social media has really transformed business. I guess I'm not surprised to see the reviews on this page. The fake ones - those the business owner has posted himself are good and those from customers are not so good. I am surprised however that Five Star Cleaners is going around posting reviews on the competition sites such as these two from the owner. You have to at least not use your company profile when you do this sort of malicious competition don't you? Shame on you for such inappropriate behavior.

I've been using their service for almost a year and I have to say they do an amazing job! Their customer service is great, always on time, accommodating and friendly. The price is very affordable. My clothes always comes back super clean and folded neatly.
