I know nothing about Eats. When I started to Uber, it was all online. Whenever I have a question that they don't have a pat answer for online, I got to the Hub on Rice Street. Now as for the Hub staff, I'm OLD, so some of the tech stuff is harder for me. The hub staff are SO incredibly patient. Bless their little hearts.
