I took a remote class with Kandiss and it was such a blast. We had an hour together and got a taste of several different dance styles including salsa, hip-hop and belly dancing. She has such a dynamic energy, making for a great workout and a lot of fun.

Michelle Serafini, La Jolla, CA "I had the great privilege to participate in one of Iridessa's classes at Pachamama Mexico Yoga Retreat and Boutique Hotel in Todos Santos, Mexico during a recent Writer's Retreat. I love dancing and her class really tapped into that inner joy I feel when dancing. I learned fun new steps, got a great workout, felt my core and leg muscles really getting a workout without strain. Iridessa made the class fun, allowed us to relax and try new moves without feeling pressure or being insecure. If you haven't had the opportunity to take one of her classes, I suggest you do. You will walk away feeling fit and happy. " Michelle Serafini, La Jolla, CA

Boise Aerial & Fitness is the go to place for a fun, upbeat, and exciting fitness experience. I have primarily done aerial yoga and have LOVED it. I was very apprehensive coming to the studio, at first, mostly because I am an introvert and doing some things on my own is very overwhelming. However, from the second I walked through the door, it was a warm and welcoming environment and I have been hooked on this studio since! I have been attending classes for several months now and look forward to class at the studio, it's my fun space. The staff and the other patrons are some of the best people I have had the pleasure to interact with and I will be attending classes at Boise Aerial & Fitness for a long time!

I've been attending at least one class per week here for many months. Mostly aerial yoga but also silks, hip-hop, bellydance, and open studio. The studio itself is beautiful. Very small, so make sure you register for class ahead of time. Don't show up and expect there to be a spot for you. The decor of the studio just makes you want to be in the space. It's gorgeous and the instructor is meticulously clean. As far as the classes, I feel that everyone can benefit from aerial yoga. It includes stretching and fitness, but you're far less likely to get injured with aerial than you might at a regular yoga class. (With the hammock your stretching is often supported). Since I've been going, I've taken along friends, my husband, my in-laws, and my 11 year old daughter. It's for all body types and skill levels. Another aspect of this I love is that the focus is on movement - not chanting or setting your intention. There's nothing wrong with those things, but I've been to classes where half the class seems to be spent chanting, and I much prefer and appreciate more focus on the movement. The instructor is Iridessa - she's very easygoing, skilled, and a born teacher. If I can do this, anyone can. It's truly become the highlight of my week.
