I feel bad for the employees because of how busy they get, but at the same time, please treat your customers with some respect. Takes forever to get on the phone constantly put on hold.

First time visit this CVS location to drop off the UPS box and got a lecture about the push Button by a little Punk Kid, Everybody knows your Mother is a woman, she doesn't teach you not to leave the front desk unattended? Then you don't need the stupid, Button!!!

They never answer the phone and if they do it takes 30+ minutes at the minimum. Never call them because you'd be wasting your time. Best way to solve this? Hire someone specifically to answer the phones each shift. Done.
