They left me without gas for 3 days because it was the weekend and there was no way I came to reconnect, me with a 3 year old child, without even hot water to take a shower, tap water freezing, a very cold house, a total disrespect for the consumer.

I have two young children one of them two months old and started her life in children's hospital. I called and called to get answers about when they planned on helping me and my family after the incident. When they finally showed up three months later and cold out now, the workers destroyed my house each night so I had to clean for hours. The workers knew my daughter was on a nebulizer yet could've cared less and treated the house like a dirty old barn. Oh and they acted like giving us the Navien NCB-240 water heater/ boiler was a good thing because it's expensive. Try doing your research their pieces of junk that need constant attention, review after review on this unit of how it constantly brakes down. Thanks again to the genius's behind the scenes of the company that have destroyed our lives for quite some time now. I have joined a class action lawsuit and I hope between the one I'm apart of and the others that Columbia Gas gets torn to the ground and the people in charge lose everything for a little while like us. I'm very upset with their lack of empathy towards the effected. Back again with dealing with these fools. They bought all the appliances in my apartment to replace the ones THEY BOUGHT! They are now denying they bought me a stackable washer and dryer and the ignorant customer service agent that called me basically called me and my family liars. I'm so sick of these jack wagon d bags running me and my families life over and over again. Get it together Columbia!

Worse company ever! Their absolutely incompetent work killed a young boy, set 70 houses on fire, injured some people and left the others out of their homes in the darkness of the streets, with no food, no way to shower and out in the cold. This is the most ridiculous situation my family and I have to go through. This garbage company deserves to be sued and the owner should be put in jail for this disaster!

A company that will blow you away and, literally, your house. I do NOT recommend this company. Took away a young man’s life - RIP Leonel Rondon. He had a lot going for himself, got his license, was well liked by his peers, genuine, caring, super funny, brought people together with his music as a DJ, and so much more. This gas company is so irresponsible with something as dangerous as gas. How is it that you didn’t even know how to control it or realize that something was off!? You had one job and you failed us all.

Its the companies offices and warehouses. Need a special ID to get through the gate. Call them and they can help with whatever you need.
