To Every black person planning on taking this bus plss save your money and time and leave them alone we are not welcome here. I took a bus with this company yesterday and had the worst experience ever. When I got on the bus, there was as only one seat left so I have to sit next to a Spanish lady. The lady had me standing in the bus for a good 5min because she didn’t want me to sit next to her. She was talking to the driver and everyone else on the bus about changing her sit. Everything she said was in Spanish so I had no idea exactly what she said. Thankful there was a man on the bus that agree to change seats with her for me. I was really sad the entire time and decided to just get off the bus when we come to a spoke. We can to a stop and I went to the drive to pay so I can. With everything that happened, the driver tried to charge me $60 for the trip and usually the ride from NY to Worcester is $45 so I call the office to make sure I had to pay $45 and also complain about the incident. The owner told me he was calling the driver about the situation but he never did because I was standing next to the driver waiting for my other ride to get me home and the driver never got a call till they left. I will never take this bus again and I regret giving money to such racist inconsiderate people.

Horrible customer service! I was picked up since 4pm and didn’t get dropped off until 10pm the driver was very slow and kept making unnecessary stops.

I don't like to leave negative reviews, but... Totally unsatisfactory. They were supposed to pick up my son. They came an hour earlier than the agreed upon time and when he wasn't ready, they left him stranded in NY. My wife also had a problem with one of the drivers texting while driving with a full load of passengers. Something wrong with the management/ownership of this company. Need for more driver training, professionalism, courtesy.

We are very sorry my friend, but for each departure it is collected two hours before, and more when it is a weekend or Monday due to the traffic in the city and the unpredictable time that each passenger takes to board the bus that picks up. You like to be picked up, you can go to the office half an hour before you leave. That is your other option.
