All I can say is fantastic! From the security guards (who had some really funny stories) to the receptionist to the interviewing officer - all polite, friendly and professional people. My wife has a physical disability so the parking lot right across the street is super convenient. It is much easier to access than the Boston office for sure.

All the the staff is very friendly and professional. Everything is very organized, clean and efficient. There's a parking lot next to the building $10 or just look for free parking or meters in the near streets ( like I did ).

Very organized, spacious, clean office. Parking is a bit of a challenge to find, come early so you can circle the block a few times for a spot (if you don't want to pay a $10 fee to park next door). First you go through security, then check in, and go to wait in the waiting room. Lots of seats, even with maintaining social distancing. They have bathrooms too.

After you file a case with USCIS, they usually send you a receipt letter, which has a receipt number. You can go to USCIS.gov website and search your case by this number. You can also call USCIS customer service phone line and ask about your case, and/or in the same call you can schedule an appointment at the USCIS field office in your area to ask questions as well. (All these information I found at www.USCIS.gov )

Emmy, you wouldn't be able to file a DACA renewal at the field office. You may want to contact a reputable attorney in your area. DACA is so uncertain rigth now that you should not take any chances. Good luck!

Holger's answer is 100% accurate. I may just add that if you have a compelling situation, an officer probably will see you without an appointment . By compelling, I mean you need to travel due to a serious emergency and you lost your green card. You get the idea. Good luck!
