I am sitting at the airport and my app does not show that I am in queue. Can someone help me on what to do? I am using an iPhone

I you need to be in the queue you have to be online ,have your airport permit and be at the spot of the staging area . Than your app will automatically put on queue with a specific number on the line

In order to be on queue as a driver, 1. All you documents on the app must be up to date, including your airport permit. 2. You must be in the assigned staging area for drivers.
