Green light hub does Not do inspections. Car needs to be inspected by the certified list of Auto Repair businesses. I brought my vehicles to Bobbie & Steve's and was pleased with the promptness and friendliness of the staff.
Midas or Tires Plus. Make an appt and it takes 15-20 min
I've been to the Roseville greenlight hub and based off that i would say no, the inspection has to be done at an auto shop, they check the mechanical integrity of your car, i failed my first inspection because the brakes needed to be changed, it's not an inspection an office worker would do
Or Bobby and Steve's. Midas is 25 dollars .. you'll make that back in a couple of runs
Don't go to Midas. Got to Mineke instead. Mineke is cheaper and more honest. Inspections are NOT free. Tax deductible as business expense.

I've not been to the hub in Hopkins but I'm not sure inspections could be done there or at any Uber Greenlight hub.
