Their quick to take your $$$, but ever try to contact them or get a refund? Wait......... I got rejected for a return from your customer JoannBruce#1973 on a $19.91 set of grass shears. The reason was i did not like them becuase they did not work. the customer rejected my claim and closed the return, in other words i got screwed .

IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!...i was scammed in February by someone using a fake eBay email scam. I put the money on gift cards and sent they the pics as proof and they said the money would be held by eBay in an account until they shipped the vehicle and I approved it on the eBay website. THAT WAS A COMPLETE LIE!!! There is a fake live chat screen on the page also.but after I sent the pics they emailed me again saying there was a $1500 insurance deposit I wasn't told about in the beginning but i had to pay it to get it shipped to me...i felt weird about it after it was too late. IF THEY CAN'T COME TO YOU, OR YOU GO TO THEM TO SEE THE ACTUAL VEHICLE...DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!! I FEEL SO STUPID BECAUSE I KNOW BETTER, I HAVE 4 KIDS,WAS IN THE PROCESS OF MOVING AND WAS JUST DESPRATE AND IN NEED OF ANOTHER TRUCK ASAP AND IT WAS A GREAT PRICE FOR SUCH A NICE TRUCK. ALMOST SEEMED TOO GOOD TO TRUE...AND IT WAS!!!!!

If you have an issue with a seller and have not gotten a fair response, open an official report. Ebay will correct the issues then.

The sellers can still mark the item as shipped regardless of whether they actually shipped it. That's because there's not automation to it, unless they use EPS, which is a means that the sellers send via ebay/PB service. But if you both agree, you can ask the seller to act as if they've fulfilled the transaction, then ask them to send once you're able to accept mail. Another option you have, is to have the seller send your item to someone you trust who will forward it to you later. That actually may be a better option.

I also suggest reaching out to customer service. They are pretty good at handling such issues and even look into the seller if this a repeat behavior. Bring it up so the seller doesn't do this with somebody else. What was the ITEM number that you purchased?

Start a case for item not received or item not as advertised. eBay has always provided full refund for me with scam sellers who don't ship or send me junk.

eBay has given me refunds for both of my scam sellers in the past year. You have to submit the tracking to show proof of delivery and you shud be covered under seller protection

eBay south campus was recently fenced and security has been tightened. Having said that, I have occasionally seen visitors snap pictures with the eBay logo board. You don't need to enter the campus for that. If you want a more intrusive visit, then I would recommend a visitor pass. I don't know whether the front desk will allow a visitor pass unless you're an employee's guest or vendor.

Obvious scam!! Report seller immediately to Ebay. A legitimate seller will never ask you to purchase anything outside of Ebay to initiate a transaction.

I'm guessing you found a great deal on craigslist that ignores your questions to test drive the truck and suddenly wants to use ebay. They probably will send you a fake eBay site to steal your user information. DO NOT click anything they send you. Always ask about a test drive! All scams will avoid meeting in person and not give you any actual location of the vehicle.
