eBay seems to not follow there terms agreement, eBay can change, delete or do what they want to with any feedback they want to without asking the seller or buyer, at least thats what eBay has been telling me. seems wrong for eBay to act like this.

I fully agree. Not to mention they can remove negative and neutral feedback but not positive. So you buy an item. Leave positive feedback and it breaks in 2 days. Seller still gets the + and ur SOL. Ebay lost a buyer and seller today

Yes and eBay do not remove feedback that buyers leave which is unfair and undeserved. I had a buyer leave negative feedback and they made no effort to contact me to resolve, gave me no opportunity to refund! Looked into buyer account and they've left over 9 negative feedbacks, are a serial neg feedback buyer.. crazy man who gets their daily joy from destroying ebay sellers business reputations it seems and ebay cust support don't do a dam thing about it .. The reason you ask? Ebay benefit from higher selling fees from sellers who do not have a perfect seller rating! voila! Ebay is an absolute con..
