Why is it so difficult to get a refund yet the seller and Ebay is so quick to take your payment? Why do you offer refund guarantees if you do not honor them? Waiting on 3 separate refund cases for the past 2 months now? Fix this now!

Because eBay has become a Corporate Predatory Profiteer thats why. Ebay and Paypal are the same entity but they don't want you to know that. So you get charged both ways! Their quick to take your $$$, but ever try to contact them or get a refund? Wait......... Banging your head on the wall is a much happier activity than conversing with idiot eBay useless 'Customer Service' bots programmed to deflect you and completely waste your time! Ebay used to be fun, now its just become another Republican Predatory Corporation PROFITEERING off of all Americans. (from a 20 yr eBay user, but no more!)

I have been selling on eBay for over four years. In my experience I have only encountered 3 returns. eBay actually favors the buyers not the sellers.. You have a guarantee and if filed correctly you get your money back within 2 weeks.. even if the seller does not accept.
