If you have an issue with a seller and have not gotten a fair response, open an official report. Ebay will correct the issues then.
I totally agree eBay is a total scam and a ripoff I have like 300 something funds and I got to pay out of $2 they charged me way too many fees and on top of that they charged me five times for one shipping label I have 300 something dollars available it says but I got a $2 payout they just basically robbed me and and when you speak to him on the phone they don't do anything there's more argumentative and combative than trying to actually be customer service so thing is a scam and it they really sell your stuff for you and keep all your money and charge you with fees I don't even really tell you the fees they charge you until after you sell an item so it's definitely set up for them to benefit
