Can never make an order right, takes over an hour for an order of fries. Fries aren't even made to what I ordered. The corn and chicken are both never made to what I order, and it's every single time. And just now I'm finding out I've been paying large prices for small severing from this location. Don't bother calling it'll ring for 30 minuets before they hang up. Just walk inside and you'll see it. I wonder if the district managers are proud of this location

Very disappointed in this location. I will not be returning. Went there food was ready when to get the soda's. machine was down. waited 10 minutes then they said one more minute 10 more minutes later. And they 1 wouldn't refund me the sodas. Because they were part of a combo . And I do not need a follow up review I will not be returning. This is the kind of service that stops reg repete Customers from returning. And here's a update the Lemon pepper wings were laying in a puddle of grease.

I've been here many times but this most recent time will be my last. The food here is usually good, but this most recent time I was missing part of my order. I didn't have time to go back and collect it, so I called the store to have that item removed from the charge. I was on hold for over 15minutes and when I finally got a person I was treated very rudely. I was told it would take a week to get it refunded AND the server had the gall to try to argue this was normal, using how Amazon does returns as to why her argument was valid. I told her I would prefer to hear this from a manager and she hung up on me. I called back and got a different person who at least told me, in a very condescending tone, that the general manager was the only person who could do the return. Quote, "I'll let him know and he'll call you back eventually". So I just have to trust that the underpaid staff will actually have the general manager call me back... Eventually. I should have known this would have been an ordeal. When I arrived to pick up my food originally, another person had a mistake with their order and I overheard the staff member saying "well what do you want? You got food". The whole team needs retrained.

I couldn't believe it when I got home and saw you guys had actually given me FREEZER BURNT CHICKEN just now 🤬 it's just inexcusable!! You cannot serve freezer burnt chicken - you know that Right? So ot off 10 pieces... I got to eat 5. Thanks for nothing. SPREADING THE WORD AND THE PICTURES !!
