Very unprofessional and incompetent both manager and employees. Lack of communication and knowledge of services and equipment. I needed assistance with copying court docs. I needed 3 sets made. The machine missed a whole page. The woman who was helping me didn’t know how to use the copy machine and her manager left the customer she was assisting without notice to operate the copy machine. The woman helping me left me at the copy machine and did not communicate she held on to my sets of documents. I ended up making the 3 sets myself and when I got to the register she tried to charge me for 6 sets of copies which amounted to almost $70. As I tried to address my concern, the employee tried to argue with me and justify why I was being charged for 6 instead of 3 sets. The manager next to her offered me a discount of $10 and I walked out. The machine messed up my set of documents and the employee did not communicate she had my 3 original sets since she left me at the machine to assist another customer. I then went to the store in San Lorenzo and they helped me efficiently. If I could give this store no stars I would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS POORLY MANAGED LOCATION!

They weren't itching to go the extra mile. Went here to return a box with the return label attached. The guy's machine couldn't scan it oddly. He said I'll need to go & call for another return receipt.. 4 Real!!!???.... I IMMEDIATELY took it to Greenhouse Marketplace UPS and they took my return w no hassle..... That was my first & last time going to this particular store.

Terrible! Stay away from this place unless you don't care about being treated like a second class citizen There's no way to be so inept in running a biz. If you want to be overcharged, ignored and taken advantage of, go to this store.. Customer service is non existent. Prices are through the roof! I cannot think of one good thing about doing business here. Take your business elsewhere!!! I didn't realize I am not the only one appalled at the reprehensible, overpriced service. This owner will rip you off with a 😃 on her face! Take your biz elsewhere. Also, like others I was personally overpriced by this woman who owns it. Take your biz to another ups store as they are franchises and privately owned. The only way to get people like this out of running businesses is to stop doing business with them. Look at all the negative reviews!! Where there's smoke there's fire. Like everyone the owner tries to blame her employees for the bad service. Well she is the one hiring and paying them!!! Four years ago are reviews condemning the customer service as non existent. The owner is the problem and refuses to change!!

First off, I have been to several UPS stores in my life since I used to own an online business. I would say over 20 stores in various states and never had this type of thing happen! I had a horrible first time experience here! I walked into this establishment a few minutes before closing. It was not even crowded and there was only one customer before me. I had a small package which was pre labeled and ready to just be scanned and shipped. There was an older woman who was angrily counting her register. Literally she was on her register just counting right in front of me ignoring me and honestly seemed confused on how to count maybe $200? I was patiently waiting until the person who was in front of me to finish shipping their package. It was pretty much closing time and I just wanted someone to acknowledge me. It's like "hello" even if you have a customer always tell someone. "Welcome to UPS" or just say "I will be with you in a moment". Neither said anything so waited like 5 minutes and spoke up saying, "Can I leave this"? Finally the lady was eavesdropping as I spoke to her younger male employee. Incidentally, this made the lady so irate! I was like can I just leave this at the counter it is already labeled. I just wanted to make sure that was alright just at least say something don't ignore your customers. Then the lady who turned out to be the owner who was so RUDE! I told her listen I am a customer who is patronizing your business. If someone comes in just acknowledge them! How difficult is that? She then says "I am the OWNER" which makes sense that is why there are BAD reviews of this place! That was the first time she interacted with me telling me she was COUNTING MONEY? I explained I was not talking to her and politely told the younger male customer service rep to at least acknowledge the person when they come inside your store. If you don't do anything else say "HELLO". It is called courteously and if you don't want customers then you will LOSE their business. I am pretty fair when it comes to writing reviews and I hope that the OWNER reads this. YOU are going to cause your business to FAIL due to your ATTITUDE! If you want to count your money do it in the back office lady! Another thing is hire more people or learn how to multitask. This owner told me "HAVE A NICE DAY SIR!" over and over again. I left thinking is this a JOKE? It is not my fault you can't count $200 maybe you need a counting machine? If you can't multitask and wait on customers don't get mad when you see them leave bad reviews either. Here's some advice I work in customer service in fact I used to work at FED-EX. I would never treat someone like this. Basic customer service 101 is basic acknowledgement and being "courteous". Especially if you are the owner BE POLITE and give people are positive reason to come back to your business! You can always count your money later right?
