Great for art supplies but employees got attitudes, not happy with the customer service. I had asked someone where the hot glue sticks were and the employe said “over there” nodding his head, I responded saying “idk where over there is” I just wish he could’ve given me a aisle #.

Great craft store especially when on sale. Some associates rudely say no to competitor's coupons so I just stopped asking. Many times the store shelves are completely empty.

My first visit to San Leandro Michaels. Cindy in the framing department is the absolute best! She was extremely accommodating especially because she had two customers needing help simultaneously. She made both of us feel important and she handled both of us with five star service. We both left the store with a big smile on her face and a happy purchase. The two for the price of one frames beat there 20% off coupon. Don't miss this opportunity.
