I bought an LG wash tower in an open box from the tent sale at Grand in early August. I was told by salesman, Marty, that there was nothing wrong with the machine and that I would be well taken care of. Actually, there was a pinhole leak in the drain hose of the washer, a discovery I made within hours of the delivery. Grand Appliance washed their hands of any responsibility for this circumstance. It took me a week to clarify that this was the case due to myriad unreturned phone calls and e-mail messages. Then I waited another 2 1/2 weeks before LG sent a tech to repair the machine. Lessons learned- Grand Appliance provides poor customer service. If you buy an open box machine from anyone, thoroughly test it before your delivery person leaves the premises.

We are having a new home built and needed to purchase six new appliances. Marty Navarro assisted us back in April showing us all the possibilities, and thoroughly explaining each appliance. Our home is nearing completion now (in October) and Marty was so very helpful in every way though the purchasing process. Yes. They remove all replaced appliances and no additional charge.
It depends on our capacity, product availability and where you live. If it is in stock and you live in a normal delivery zone, Keith is correct that we can typically be 2-3 days. In some cases that is extended if deliveries are particularly busy. If the item is out of stock in our warehouses, but available with the manufacturer, we can typically be delivering within 10-15 days. That said, many models are significantly constrained with our vendors so we recommend choosing from our in-stock merchandise if the products suit your needs in order to receive goods as quickly as possible and avoid lenghty delays.

They sell filters and hoses things like that but I dont thing they sell parts. They would probably have to order the part you need.
