Went here because it was one of the very few places near me that had new rc 390s. Talked to Eric over the phone and in person and he was great. Was very friendly, gave some great advice that didn’t just feel like a sales tactic, and walked me through the whole process. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and I never felt like I was being pressured into a sale like I have at other places.

So I have always wanted a motorcycle and it finally came where I decided. I started at rockwall powersports went to 4 others dealerships, but came back to Rockwall. All because if John Michael one of the sales guys. Man I can't say enough about this guy. He listened to me , he advised he told me about his first time e looking.all which I know some would say that's what sales folks do, but this was much more he genuinely cared about my safety, my comfort and said buy from me or another shop I want to make sure you have all the information. Went over everything on the bike with me let me sit for as long as I wanted. In the end I bought the bike. My first one. John Michael even delivered the bike to my house!! Since I did not fee ready yet. But before I left the finance guy awesome super friendly, not pushy like some if rhise you get at an auto dealership. He did his job showed me the upgrades and what it would do to my payments. But said whatever you want to.do, did not push when I declined. Then when I got to the parts guy I am sorry I can't remember his name but he was the older gentleman. So nice and very informative. Took such great care of me . I see some of the negative reviews and just can't see how. I am sorry for their experience, but based on my experience i would most definitely recommend anyone to go see John Michael. Awesome guy!!!!

What an excellent experience. John Michael was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Clean atmosphere and pleasant associates walking around ready and willing to assist in anyway they can. I will defiantly be back .

He made sure to deeply explain everything about my machine and all of the inner workings that I may need to know about on the trails. We were able to get a great deal with her and she was also very communicative in every aspect of this sale.
