While waiting for the next event, most automotive stores accept automotive oils: AutoZone, Advance Auto Parts, NAPA Auto Parts, O'Reilly Auto Parts, to name a few. You may want to call ahead if you choose to go to an automotive store.

If the cans are completely empty and dry inside, the cans can be discarded in your green trash cart. If there is paint in them, they can be dropped off on Friday or Saturday, 8-4 p.m. with proof of residency. Side note: if you have a small amount of paint left, you can mix kitty litter or some other drying agent. Once completely dry, you can discard in your green trash cart.
