Thank you Daniel for trying to help me get my pedestal delivered. It’s been right at 1 year now and I have received several wrong and damaged Washer & Dryer pedestals. Beware of ordering a washer & dryer from here. You may have to wait a long time to get them delivered and may never get your pedestals.

Worst customer service ever. Still waiting on delivery of a washer and dryer. Andrea the so called assistant manager said she would have them deliver on a day they are not even in the area.That was the second delivery date. She laughed and said she didnt care. This is the knid of peolple Lowes hires. the first time the delivery was schedule she said i already had the washer and dryer. The one that was never delivered. Still waiting on the delivery. Finally received washer and dyer only to be told they couldnt hook it up. Had to wait another week for them to come back and hook the hose up to the washer. Worst place ever. They delivery coordinator called saif for all my trouble they would give my a discount . Go figure i have never received a thing. LOL Incompetence.
