Update: This is truly one of the “Best” Best Buys! I had another experience with them and their caring, concern and expertise was awesome! The young lady on the Geek Squad took my laptop, opened it and told me exactly which parts I needed to order. After the parts arrived, I took my laptop back to this location and the young man on the Squad installed my parts and sent me on my way. They saved me $855 by repairing my laptop and saving me the hassle of purchasing a new one! 1st Review: I just drove about 30 miles to purchase a phone! The service that I received from Josh was exceptional! Not only did he sell me the phone, he took the time to help me set it up and even hand wrote me detailed notes to finish the process when I arrived home! If this store has what you need it is definitely worth the drive!

Had a pretty amazing experience purchasing a new laptop. I seen the selection that they had and I had any questions. The sales rep answered all the questions I had. Most of thr qeatuons were regarding howany windows and tabs i can have open before it the computer starts to slow down... I asked what I asked.. not shameful.. answers was given, a purchase was made... and I am happy. Fyi.. I have a monitor hooked up to the laptop one screen is split into 4 word docs that I used at the same time while I use the other monitor that have over 10 explorer windows with tabs so tiny that I can't even differentiate... so.. its fast and it doesn't slow down (HP Envy, newest generation)

Negative. Store only receives inoperable televisions which have been recently purchased, ( with receipt,) from Best Buy... Or those purchased with Best Buy Pro Tech plan ... Which I strongly recommend...
