Edit as of 10/11/22 Nothing has changed, the owner responded but hasn't called or emailed me back, and I received a dismissive letter from the quality control person who didn't listen to what I said and said they looked into my concerns and essentially found nothing wrong but was "sorry I felt that way", which is completely fine because I've turned it over to the BBB and they can answer to them at this point. I won't stop fighting until I'm taken seriously, things change, and my bill is dismissed like my concerns and experience have been. I wish I could give a lower rating to this hospital, because they deserve it. Believe the harsh negative reviews, they're true. And certainly do NOT deliver your baby here, by far the worst experience I've had at a hospital. The pediatrician Dr. Okk is absolutely awful, he mistreated my family and I before getting all the information (I was prescribed medication by my OB that I took that they assumed caused withdrawal symptoms in my son, but before my son tested negative he started talking about calling the state to report it and how he wouldn't take my son away, the state would). This incident is only a fraction of the problem, nearly their entire staff has issues from the nurses, charge nurses, Drs, people in charge to varying degrees, it's all ridiculous. I recieved a bill today which prompted me to call the quality control person whose information I was given, and when bringing up that it's not my tenancy to pay for trauma and they might as well send this to collections, she said it's my business if I pay my bills or not, I told her I do pay my bills, I'm just not paying for being treated the way I was. I've run this up as far as I can and I'll keep going as high as I can to make them aware of this situation, but if you want to save yourself the trouble, just go somewhere else. They don't care about people and they won't care about you, plain and simple.

We have been here at the emergency room for almost 5 hours now. No answers to anything yet. Still waiting to get a CT scan then it could take an additional hour & a half for results but I’m not holding my breath, I’m sure it’ll be another ridiculous wait. This is unreal for an emergency room that only had 2 other patients before us. Absolutely would not come back. I would listen to the reviews & go to another emergency room.

Place used to be good but got really bad now. Lady at the desk checking people in has a poor attitude. Went to emergency room for my problem and yea 3 hr wait and people got in after me got to go first. Place needs improvement

The doctor and most of the staff was nice. If you have any fear of hospitals or anxiety, don’t let the short white man in the ER help. He was flirting with staff in front of us and when he took my blood he was extremely rude and made rude comments. I was in shock that someone would talk to me like that while I was in that state of health at an emergency room. Very unprofessional.
