I would go back to this place in a heart ❤️ beat. Our condo was lovely and the setting was scenic. A beautiful golf course was just down the road. The staff was friendly.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The food at the Toll Booth Tavern, onsite, was delicious and the servers were nice and did a great great job! The front desk people were also very kind and helpful. The only drawback is the distance from nearly everything....figure on about 30 minutes or more drive to restaurants and activities/touristy things to do. That being said, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend them to others, letting them know about the remoteness.

Nice little new England resort. Very small. Not a lot of activity at the resort itself, other than a pool and hiking trail. Delightful little pub and bistro on premises. Adjacent to a scenic and challenging golf course. Our one bedroom unit was very spacious, comfortable and clean. If you like outdoors activity (hiking, kayaking, fishing, etc.), there's a lot in this area for you. Nearby Peterborough offers many quaint shops and restaurants. Short (45 min) drive to Merrimack outlets. Visited Averill House Vineyard for a tasting and tour... Lots of fun. Winter time offers skiing at nearby Crotched Mountain ski facility. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again.

We were supposed to stay here for a few nights. When we arrived our reservation was wrong. We were supposed to have a 2 bedroom, they had us as a 1 bedroom. We decided to make the best of it and take the 1 bedroom. When we got to our unit the keys didn't work, so we called the office and they brought us new ones. When we entered the unit there was a musty smell after a few minutes in the unit I discovered wet carpets near the rear doors. We decided we weren't going to stay in this unit. The office then gave us keys to a 2 bedroom unit. When we entertain unit the same smell was there and more wet carpet. We decided not to stay in that unit either. The tennis courts were also not open due to lack of maintenance. This "resort" is in disrepair the Wyndham corporation should be ashamed of this property!!
