Be warned. Not all campsites are created equal. Camping with others. We lucked out with a very spacious site. The two others did not. The “resort” is over priced. The WiFi is non existent. Kids driving golf carts and speeding through the place. Water park takes up half the beach and seems useless. Not very many using it and why are you charging when your prices are so high. Start with improving your amenities then maybe improve activities. Will not return.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. This place has turned what WAS a 5 star resort to a 0 star resort for family vacations. My family has been going for 35+ years and this year they have taken everything away that has made it so great and not listening their customers frustrations. I know reviews won’t stop people from going but for those that do go just KNOW that whatever your experience was/is, it would have been 1000x better 5 years ago. Imagine that. Not worth the money you will spend. Go elsewhere.

I have been going to point Sebago with my children for the last five years. It’s always been a great family fun place to go. Many activities for the kids and they can go do their own thing and I feel safe that they are safe. This year however was different, some staff that has been there for past years and are excellent. Brad, Roland, Shannon, Emily, Wyatt , and ranger rick are amazing. There was one young man who was rude to some guests and rigged some competitions. He made the rest of our stay very uncomfortable, and is making me rethink my reservations for next year. Maybe 15 is to young to be in charge. The equipment for the games were mostly broken, or just wasn’t enough for the competition. In the last five years prices are rising, which is understandable, but quality and service is declining. In the past if we called for so extra towels they were quick to bring some. This year we called and they said “ wash them we aren’t a hotel “. Mind you it’s $2900 for one week rental. Again it’s a great place but is going down hill and hopefully management can stop the downward slide and bring it back to it’s glory days.

Yes of course
Yes
Sorry, no. The docks, beach, and other amenities are for resort guests.
Not this season at least. No idea about next season.
Its a very high end campground. There is entertainment every night. They have a day camp for kids so adults can enjoy the golf or tennis courts. You can also rent kayaks, paddle boards etc. There is a small hotel, cabins and campsites. Golf carts are available for a weekly rate. Showers and rest rooms are kept very clean there is a well stocked general store also! I'll be back for my 3rd year this summer!!!
We had to pay five dollars a day for an extra vehicle
I brought my dog last year and we were told your dog must be leashed at all times and can only be walked in the loop your RV is in. There are dog friendly and not dog friendly sites so you must mention that when making your reservation. They are not allowed near the common areas.
Some homes and or sites are pet friendly, ask if they have any available. Down the road is a restaurant called chutes that is incredible and we always go there for breakfast.
They have Sebago Lake. No pools
