Terrible customer service. Waited 10 mins for help. Was ignored. I don't know why. Finally was helped after. While checking out, the lady hardly said anything. No thank you after the transaction or how I was doing when it was my turn to check out. Staff needs a meeting on customer service. Customer service goes a long way. I'm going to Academy sports and outdoors because there, at least they make you feel appreciated spending your hard earn MONEY.

I was discriminated and falsely accused of of shoplifting on my sister birthday I had 5 officer’s detain me they searched me and my bags looked into my moms car the. A employee named Chris was the one that acussed me he said that I had shoplifting more then once .

I bought a basketball and a protection plan because they advised it. When I wanted to replace my ball they had none in stock. Closest one was like 40 minutes away. Manager reached out to me about ordering one to the store for me. I informed him that would be fine. Only for him to then ignore my emails.
