We used to love it here. I wouldn't recommend it to even my worst enemy

Check with main office. Its a age restricted community.
Thier is storage space to rent for RV. Yes there is a list. But they are higher than that. But new management. Lot's of changes. Highly recommended you have inspection on any home here. You lease the land. Owner are limited on what they can repair inside their home highly highly you read the fine print and look over the home with a fine-tooth comb before purchasing many people that have purchased here have been ripped off and they are stuck with the homes because they were lied too . I am speaking for many of the tenants that live here that are very unhappy with the new rules and the situations that they cannot fix their homes on their own. But besides this issue the people that live here are very friendly great bunch of residents that live here we all look after each other it suggests that the rules regulations are to be desired and they are working on security which we do not have security at this time. Take note of your HOA fees which are going up again at 4% at the first year.
You can have as many vehicles as you want as long as you register them with the front office and you get parking permits for each vehicle or they will be towed away
No
Yes you buy your home either resale or new are available. And rent a space.
It's around 800 for lot
There are no HOA fees it's called space rent and it could very but you do have to pay your utilities in a certain percentage. Space rent can run up to $850 but your best bet is to call the office and ask them. and it also depends upon if you're going to purchase one of their homes or somebody else inside the park, it's a nice place with a lot of things to do again your best bet is to go down and take a look and ask questions and you'll get all your answers.
Yes they can go with you. Some people have them all summer
No resort fee, residential
One owner has to be minimum of 55 years old.
It does happen, fortunately not often!
Nice community, many activities offered. You own the home but there is space rent...small pet friendly
The current lifestyle fee is about $720/month. But the best thing to do is call the community and ask for Linda Winand in the sales office. She can tell you everything that's included in that fee. Her number is 702.456.5823
There is lot rent rent, runs around $700 monthly. Plus utilities. Great place to live Alvin may have had a typo, it is ave reseticted, but it's 55, not 65.
You buy your manufacturer home and pay hoa on the land it sets on
Yes their are quite a few
it's not 2000 a month. the space rent, which is the hoa fee is about 700 a month. it's an owner occupied mobile home park, with lots of activity and very well maintained
The rent is land only
Either way I'd be fine whether mobile or manufactured as long as I don't have to pay $1320 plus electric, cable + water & trash as we do now. Am living in Summerlin but it's to where we just can't afford it. Our lease doesn't run out till mid-April but want to be prepared....😏
Around $700.00 a month average, plus they will add on monthly water, and trash pick up is added quartly
No HOA fees but the land your home sits on is rented, and we owners were just notified of a rent increase starting Jan 18
