well James it depends usually they don't rent them out I'm renting mine out because I know the person and I'm paying the lot rent there is $415 but generally you buy the mobile home but they sell for as little as three grand so my neighbor just bought one for $3,000 their rent is $415 a month and that includes water sewer and trash all you have to pay is the gas in the electric so to answer your question it's $415 but you have to either bring your own trailer in there there's two lots available or I know there's a couple for sale in there right now somebody passed away and they're pretty cheap to buy in the manager may work something out with you and you know rent rent-to-own but they're not expensive at all it's very hard to find something thal inexpensive in town nowadays
