It's wonderful. We are planning on moving there very soon. Cactus Ridge has been sold and the new owners are throwing all of the Senior citizens out and not abiding by the rules of the park. They promised to move the families and purchase homes that can't be moved.

Family park yes. As far as renting the homes you'll have to check with the office. Normally you buy the house, rent the space. But I have heard of renting situations.
