Lot rent for us is around $800 mo. The clubhouses and gated community are worth it the mo they includes water / sewer and trash
Wow! That's crazy. There are so many more affordable lot rents. I would never pay that just for the lot space.
Is that what they are asking now? We don't pay that much, but it is a bit expensive. Yes, if you have a mortgage you pay that along with gas, electric, trash and water
