It’s all about the employees. Manager, check the level of service and helpfulness of the young men you have working there. Several need guidance on being helpful and courteous. There is more to their job than running water tests. Next step is to be helpful on the action plan and once checked out if there are more chemicals than can be lifted by customer then help out the door with them. Y’all were great up till this year and the level of helpful service is not up to par. I hold out hope.

Called three times to see if they had something I needed with no answer. Decided to drive up there. Not one single customer in the store and the only pool tablets they have are the 3in ones for almost $200. Better off going to Home Depot. Guy working there was not that helpful.

I had an issue with the online order and insulation. Donny the manager of the Rockwall store was so very helpful, polite and very professional Donny was able to resolve the problem immediately compared to the 45 mins argument with the 1-800 number. Rockwall Leslie will continue to have my business.
