Pretty great place. More open and lighted in comparison to other locations. We went for a bday party and it was a lot of fun. Maybe the party rooms are a bit small but the play area is great.

I am appalled at the lack of safety protocols here. My in-laws took my two sons here for an evening outing. We forgot a car seat so went back towards the end of their visit to bring the seat to them. We walked in and went to inform the person at the counter that my children were already here with their grandparents, but he waved us in without even hearing us. Very concerning that they are letting adults in without any sort of verification of who they are. On top of that, young children were walking in and out of the exit doors without adults. When we gathered our kids and went to leave, no arm bands were checked and the attendants weren't even paying attention. This seems like a nice facility that's kept up with about as much as you would expect for a place like this but the lack of safety is terrifying. Any adult could just walk in and grab a child and the attendants wouldn't even notice. Other places like this have stricter safety protocols so we will be giving them our business instead.

It's been changing. My 8 year old loves to go there and has had the 2nd annual pass. I didn't take him there most often,but my wife did. I've been going with him in the past 6 months. I felt quite comfortable to bring there as what I saw to start with. However what I've have seen lately really makes me to reconsider if I want him to go. To me, it looks like there is no management or keeping up with house rules on the floor. They just keep all employees behind the counter to sell what they have. My son was in the dodge ball field and got hit right on the face within 8 feet by a 14 year old. In that area with multiple trampolines ( whatever it was called) big kids , maybe 15 and up, chasing each other all across the place by running and jumping over small kids. People laying down and sitting while they are playing on their phones, drinking out from open cups, parents sitting with their toddlers in the middle of the filed. 3 or 4 year old kids laying on the air bed. It's a mess. I really concern about my son's safety when he goes there. I might not let him to get the next annual pass.

Right now a person can get a season pass for 11.99/month and go as many days as they want. Incredible deal as it is 22.99 on the weekend for one time. No brainer. 6.99 for little ones on trampolines.

Well i think the base price was a little over 200 but after we added all the pizzas and tip it was almost 400 but its a great place for the kids to play and the adults too. The staff was very friendly.
