On June 7 & 10 I purchased some epoxe two part solution from EBay site. Well I never received any product at all. After checking bid I was told ptoduct ould come in August next. It was cheep but no show who is respobsable

You can submit request for full refund since product wasn't delivered within specified time. eBay should honor your request thru their Customer Support Guarantee

Please write to eBay customer care or call them. You would get the resolution.
